InnoSync Systems (“InnoSync”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) builds Azure-native EDI and B2B integration services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (www.innosync-systems.com), why we collect it, how we handle it, and the choices and rights you have. It does not cover data your organization exchanges through our integration platform under a separate services agreement.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, the ERP you select, your inquiry type, and any message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to operate the site securely and reliably.
Cookies. This is a static website and does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your demo request, consultation, or question.
- Contact you about the products and services you asked about.
- Operate, secure, monitor, and improve the website.
- Meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your information based on your consent (when you submit the form), our legitimate interests (to respond to business inquiries and keep our site secure), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How your information is shared
We share personal information only as needed:
- Service providers. The website form is processed by Web3Forms, which transmits your submission to our inbox. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
We do not share your information with advertisers.
5. International data transfers
We are based in Canada and use service providers that may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Data retention
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), Microsoft Entra ID access controls, Azure Key Vault, and network protections — to safeguard information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing.
- Canada (PIPEDA): You may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you.
- EU/UK (GDPR): You have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, contact us at privacy@innosync-systems.com.
9. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, Microsoft documentation). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
